When this dynamic Irish startup asked us to design their new identity we were tasked with combining the clarity and trust of a medical device with the beauty and femininity of premium lingerie.
THEYA Lingerie is the brainchild of entrepreneur Ciara Donlon.
With a background in lingerie retail and frustrated by the lack of post-surgery lingerie on the market that is both beautiful, yet beneficial to the healing process, Ciara came to us with her idea for a unique brand and retail destination to plug the gap.
We have worked with a number of retail startups, so were able to guide Ciara through the critical early stages and help her develop a brand that would fit comfortably within the premium retail market, while also filling a need in the medical device sector.
We then created a bespoke hand drawn logo that would befit a premium lingerie brand.
For the website we applied the same luxurious simplicity, designing a simple to browse online store that fits the product, image and brand identity perfectly.
THEYA was originally conceived with the name ‘Isis Rose’ and the brand was initially developed around this name. Isis Rose launched only months before the terrorist group ISIS made international headlines for all the wrong reasons, and our client made the brave decision to re-name as THEYA.
With so much on the line, and mid-launch, we dropped everything, and devoted all studio resources to re-naming and visually re-branding Isis Rose to THEYA - all in under a week!
The result. The brand re-launched as THEYA and brought to life with a new eCommerce website, garment branding, packaging, print collateral and retail communications.
